Deanna RoepkeManaging Director, Relias Learning (UK) Ltd

Deanna Roepke is Managing Director of Relias Learning (UK) Ltd and has been based in London since early 2016. Deanna brings over 20 years of experience engaging people with online learning tools. She most recently served as Vice President of Operations and Business Development at The Breakaway Group, a Xerox Company focused on research-based Healthcare IT adoption using online learning simulation. Previously, Deanna served as Vice President of Allscripts Education Center of Excellence. There she led the creation of the company’s first fully-blended learning Academy, building a complete portfolio of self-paced eLearning courses, virtual instructor-led training, and classroom training for Allscripts’ clients, partners, and employees. 

Alex Osadzinski, Managing Director, Global Operations

Alex Osadzinski is Managing Director, Global Operations at Relias Learning. He was born in London, raised and educated in the UK, and started his career at two UK software startups, before joining Sun Microsystems in the UK to start and manage their European marketing. He moved to the US with Sun, in his thirties, and had executive and CEO roles at four more startups, including Be and Vitria Technology. Then he spent seven years as a partner at Trinity Ventures, a leading Silicon Valley VC firm, and four years in a Group Executive board role at Nagra Kudelski Group, a global digital security company. Most recently he was an active angel and VC investor in the Raleigh, North Carolina, Triangle area, serving on several boards of local companies, including KnowledgeTree and WedPics.

Nikki Flannigan, UK Operations Manager

Nikki Flannigan joined Relias in 2013 as Renewals Manager before moving into the role of Business Systems Analyst at Relias headquarters in Cary, North Carolina. She now serves as Operations Manager for the Relias UK office in London. She holds a BA in International Studies and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Katrina OngGlobal Product Manager

Katrina Ong joined the Relias product management team in September 2013 as Product Manager for Senior Care. She now serves as Global Product Manager for Relias in London. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Human and Organizational Development and Psychology from Vanderbilt University.

Bruce LastClient Development Manager

Bruce Last is Client Development Manager at Relias Learning. He has worked in the field of Education for the last 15 years, creating and presenting dynamic health and wellness products and programs for companies, schools and healthcare service providers internationally. Most recently Bruce has worked in the field of Autism, providing customized training programs to train and support direct care staff that work directly with children and adults with Autism and other Behavior Disabilities.  

Steve O'Brien, Client Development Manager

Steve joined the Relias UK team in March 2016 with over 30 years of sales experience with the last 10 years selling services into the NHS. Most recently Steve worked for McKesson, the original guardians of ESR, selling outsourced Payroll solutions to NHS Trusts across England. Prior to this, Steve worked in a similar role for NHS SBS. Steve prides himself on the savings his NHS clients achieved through those long term contracts. Although his expertise was previously in the payroll arena, Steve has extensive HR knowledge and early in his career worked for Macmillan Publishers supplying technical learning packages. Steve is looking forward to meeting old and new contacts in his new role with Relias Learning.
