You cannot opt out of it or choose not to accept it. If there is a breach or disregard of this duty, you may face legal procedures. This course will discuss duty of care and its implications for you. In this context, wellbeing is defined as the positive way a person feels and thinks about themselves. The code of conduct tells you how you are expected to behave as a care worker.
